Welcome to The Perfume Gallery. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. About Us
The Perfume Gallery is an independent retailer specialising in authentic fragrance decants. All fragrances are hand-decanted from genuine retail bottles into premium sample atomisers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fragrance brand. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products
We take great care to ensure all product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. As our fragrances are hand-decanted, slight variations in fill level may occur due to the filling process and atomiser design.
Our fragrances are supplied in premium sample bottles and not in the original branded retail packaging unless otherwise stated.
4. Authenticity
Every fragrance sold by The Perfume Gallery is 100% authentic and sourced from genuine retail bottles.
Our products are independently decanted and are intended solely for sampling, travel, or personal use.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
6. Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where we believe fraudulent activity, pricing errors or misuse has occurred.
7. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, couriers, customs authorities or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the parcel has been delivered.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrance samples cannot be returned unless faulty or supplied incorrectly.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs where applicable.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
9. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible.
Lost parcels will be investigated with the shipping carrier before any replacement or refund is issued.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos and images created by The Perfume Gallery, remains our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Brand names and trademarks displayed on this website belong to their respective owners.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Perfume Gallery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under UK consumer law.
